Access Rehab had my paperwork for over a week from my doctor's office requesting rehab but I never heard from them. I had to call them and then they told me it was too late in the day and they would have to call me the next day to set up an appointment. The next day they asked for my social security number and I refused to give it to them. I asked why they needed it and they said to verify my insurance.
