What an absolutely unprofessional, lazy, self entitled company/employees! Would never recommend this company to anyone!
Our law firm used this company for about 10 years. Now that everything is digital, we paid to destroy the documents (the charges were outrageous)! 5 months later and they are still billing us! Last month I had to log in and personally stop the autopay. This month they charged us $750!!!! It has been a nightmare. Total runaround, cant seem to get anyone who can just take care of it. Anyone else have this problem?

We have been trying to contact them regarding the full bins of x-ray film that need to be picked up. Their business / phone number is bad ("the number can't be completed as dialed"). They are extremely difficult to work with. Not impressed
