Our family had the most awesome experience at this beautiful property! The house is amazing and everything was provided that we needed to not have to worry about a single thing while enjoying our vacation. My husband is handicap and was able to join in every activity on every level of the house because of the elevator. We absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a family vacation with no hassles. If I had any questions I received a text back within minutes!!
We used this company to book a vacation rental out on Topsail Island near Surfy City for a busy holiday weekend. Great communication, email and text response was timely. Messaged letting us know our place was available earlier than expected and their reminders were just enough but not bothersome. They were able to accommodate us with a late check for a small fee. I have been renting houses in Topsail for yearly for a family reunion for two decades approx, This year was different, I have never experienced better customer service than this company has given. They were available via text at any moment. I had sent a text that said “hey just a heads up there is no chalk for the pool cues” this was at 9:30 pm. We arrived at the house and everything REEKED OF DOG PEE. We went room to room and noticed a dog had peed on just about every single rug it was DISGUSTING! We contacted them and the next day The company offered to have the house cleaned AGAIN and sent over the same ladies who failed to clean it correctly the first time. They advised me that “the prior guest was a 2 week stay with a dog (who apparently peed all over) and they spent over 4 hours in the home trying their best to remedy what they could on the Sunday turn after ... read more
Relax Station is a great house! The furnishings are in excellent shape and the home is spotless! We stayed at the house for a November wedding at Emma Anderson Chapel with the reception at the Historic Mission Building. Relax Station was walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants as well as the site for the reception! There is ample parking on site for the number of bedrooms.
