I have been renting houses in Topsail for yearly for a family reunion for two decades approx, This year was different, I have never experienced better customer service than this company has given. They were available via text at any moment. I had sent a text that said “hey just a heads up there is no chalk for the pool cues” this was at 9:30 pm. We arrived at the house and everything REEKED OF DOG PEE. We went room to room and noticed a dog had peed on just about every single rug it was DISGUSTING! We contacted them and the next day The company offered to have the house cleaned AGAIN and sent over the same ladies who failed to clean it correctly the first time. Relax Station is a great house! The furnishings are in excellent shape and the home is spotless! We stayed at the house for a November wedding at Emma Anderson Chapel with the reception at the Historic Mission Building. Relax Station was walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants as well as the site for the reception! There is ample parking on site for the number of bedrooms. BE ADVISED RENTERS! After booking a beach home through this company, almost 2 weeks later I received a message that says the dates are not available for what I picked even though I already confirmed with them, after depositing over $2000 for this trip. I made a ton of plans within those 12 days only to be let down. I would suggest another rental company before choosing this one.
Do not rent from this company. Their properties are run down and have black mold. The photos you are seeing are from 1614 S Shore Dr Surf City, NC “Sandy Paradise”. I had to pour draino down two of the bathtubs and clean out hairballs the size of an orange to be able to take a shower. There is black mold growing in the garage and the dining room. There is water damage, all throughout the house. This is what $9,000 gets you. Disgusting, dangerous conditions. Take your money elsewhere.
