Awful to deal with in every aspect! They were constantly entering the property without saying anything when legally 24 hours notice has to be given. Had my property listed for sale with Access for over a year with no offers, so I found a new agent who had no problem selling the property. They also dealt with a rental property, renters destroyed contents and zero cleanup was done when renters moved out. When I moved into the house it was so dirty and so much snow in the driveway that I had to get them to come remove it and clean the house. They never respond right away. Then they never gave me back any damage deposit and told me the damages that came with the house was me. Overall bad experince. If you decide to rent with them make sure to take pictures and videos on move in so they dont do it too you.
