I was told I could have frosted security films for a commercial application; clear films were installed. When I spoke with them I was told that they would install frost on top of the security films. In the end they only installed frost on half the windows. Had to chase them for several months only to finally be told they will not honor what they told me and would not come back to complete the frost on the remaining windows.
