It kills me to leave 1 star, as everyone at Comprehensive Medical (Access PCP - GV, Arizona) is incredible. I'm leaving 1 star to hopefully get the attention of the owners to get a better patient billing company contracted. Never have I seen such incompetence with a patient billing company. I'll change this to a 5 star review, if one of the owners responds or if you get your contracted company to give better service. They can't even submit a claim to the right insurance.
Even though both Alba and I were in a tough situation, Alba @ Access Primary Care went above and beyond to help me. The world needs more of you Alba, thank you.
