I called Access Plumbing on 9-18-26 and scheduled a plumber to come to my house and check on why the new water heater that was installed at my house on September 17, 2026 was not heating water. Alex at Access Plumbing came to my house and quickly determined that The Lowe's Home Improvement subcontractor improperly installed electrical wiring on the water heater. Alex properly installed the wiring, and within a few minutes we had hot water. Thanks to Alex and Access Plumbing for doing the job properly. We appreciate yoy!
