I’ve been receiving PT from the Rhinebeck Team for well over a year. Everyone from the office to the PT team has been exceptional. It’s been a tough journey with multiple issues but they continue to look for solutions. Each of the Physical Therapists has extensive training and brings individual unique skills. . I am very happy with the progress I've made during my physical therapy sessions. I feel much stronger and more mobile than when I started; such as increased range of motion, reduced pain, and improved function. I found the front desk, staff very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the staff's interactions. This place is the second place I have been and it's awesome. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They know what they are doing.
After going to several places I found Access PT Rhinebeck to be the best! Therapists always take time to start with massage and help your body get warmed up for exercise. I did not experience this at other offices. They also fit appointments to my schedule easily. I love the 7:30am appointment slots. Thanks Access PT!
