After going to several places I found Access PT Rhinebeck to be the best! Therapists always take time to start with massage and help your body get warmed up for exercise. I did not experience this at other offices. They also fit appointments to my schedule easily. I love the 7:30am appointment slots. Thanks Access PT!

(writing this review on behalf of my mother who has taken my younger sister here for the past couple of months after a gymnastics injury) Wonderful experience with the therapists, however, the business could definitely improve their overall customer service experience by hiring more polite and professional desk/receptionist staff. My mother spoke to someone named Kristen over the phone whom came across as a bit rude and unprofessional - to the point where my mother actually wound up canceling my younger sister's last two app... read more
Hard to overstate what a wonderfully warm environment the team have created at Access. The rapport between colleagues is a joy to watch, and each member of the team is incredibly skilled and very patient. My ankle was treated by Stephanie - I’ve now made a full recovery from some pretty tricky tendonitis, and I have Steph to thank. She was consistently relaxed, attentive, and open to questions. My visits were a pleasure and I miss them already! They even gave me a graduation shirt!
THE BEST TEAM EVER!!!!! Our 3 year old son had a little accident with his hand and needed some help we were not equipped to give him. We really got so lucky to find Access PT! “Playing”with the therapists have been the highlight of our week, there are so kind, so patient, so knowledgeable, so clever with the activities and games they come up with to work on his hand!
