Went over 2 weeks ago to arrange pt For post op knee replacement Received date aug 1 3p today No call no show I called unable to speak to someone have to leave a message Gave a 3 with hopes someone will call back or show up if not will Chang to lesser score
Nice facility super staff , 5 stars
Told me they participated in my insurance and they didn't luckily I made some more calls the day before otherwise I would have unnecessary expenses
PT Lori Schneider got my shoulder in shape for surgery in record time. I am amazed with the results. After surgery I will be back to see you.
Very poor experience here and would not recommended Access PT in Newburgh NY. I made an appointment for my husband 2 weeks in advance. Before doing so, I spoke with a representative at access PT Newburgh location gave them my insurance information and asked them if they were in in network provider. They said they would find out and call me back, which they did. At that time they confirmed that they did accept the insurance and that I would owe a $20 copay.
