RecommendedI had reservations about my rotator cuff surgery. I called my future pt agency for a second opinion, reassurance really that I did in fact need it. Steve was very informative and caring. Especially since I was not yet his client. He even called the following day to “check up on me” to see if I had any more questions. You just don’t see that kind of service anymore.
