Nina is a very skilled physical therapist, and she trains her staff well. The receptionist is quirky and adorable, but god forbid you have any issue at all, she is completely incompetent, unprofessional, and can cause difficulties for you. I am also very sure that there will be another physical therapy office out there that won't have Nanette screaming into my answering machine every other day.
