The team at Access Ortho were fantastic! Professional and thorough, I was so grateful for the recommended CT scan that discovered more damage, hence recommending surgery. Reception staff were just wonderful and Ortho nurse Robert Hong took time to explain everything. Staff assisted with accessibility which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.
I have had a great experience recently with the frontline staff, nurses, and specialist doctors here. I came with my GP referral for a shoulder fracture, secured the appointment immediately and the reception team's customer service is top notch and followed by the medical team. I got a ankle sprain last October and it still isn't healed due to the advice of these people. They kept sending me off to expensive MRIs and said I have gout and to change my diet. I am a fit 20 year old with no issues with my joints before my injury. To say I have gout and is ridiculous. Thankfully, I went to a podiatrist who found my problem which was an FHL tear and has treated me properly. I wouldn't advice coming here they only look at you for 2 minutes. Waste of money.
Took our almost 2 year old here and they were great. Very efficient
