Got a scheduled apointment for a home visit and worked around my work to be available. Get a call from the associate Mark 2 hrs before scheduled time that need to cancel. Have been trying to get a hold of them, or at least Kevin, for over 24 hours with no call back or answer of the phone. I have clearly left detailed contact info multipul times but to no avail. I just want to help my customer locate the right info for a chair lift on a smaller car. And hopefully get them a new customer. But they have proved IMPOSSIBLE to reach.
