Access Optical in Merrick on Merrick RD.....The doctor had a great manner. But the staff was pushy and very dismissive. When I questioned the accuracy of my prescription when my new glasses came in ,because I genuinely believed it did not change and the new prescription was worse, I was told to "get used to it" and "to come back and figure it out." They wouldn't return to the prescription that worked for me all these years. I'll be taking my business elsewhere; it's insensitivity like this that make an experience a dishear... read more
