We purchased a lift chair and two walkers over several months. Mark and Ashley provided very thorough sales information to help us choose appropriate models. The lift chair developed an unusual problem which they corrected promptly. We live on rural property with fields and woods. We purchased walkers Ashley recommended for outdoor use. Definitly a hidden gem. Access One has much of what you would need to help with your accessibility needs. Mark and Ashley were pleasant and very knowledgable with their business. They helped me out tremendously and I'm thankful I went there. They're located in Fort Wayne, IN on the curve of Speedway a few blocks north of Coliseum. I would not hesitate to return a visit.
I have investigated, looked and priced a mobility scooter in the Fort Wayne area. After MANY months of trying to see what would fit my needs I found Access One. Mark and Ashley demonstrated and explained all that was available to me and let me try alot of different brands. I decided Access One would be the business I would purchase a Golden scooter from.
