Bryan fixed my walker right away. Did more to fix than what I told them was wrong. Price was great. Had cat hair in my wheel. So they cleaned all 4 wheels for me. I'm a very happy customer will use them for my handicap items. Thank you Bryan. Great company

Preparing for a leg amputation is incredibly stressful, but they treated my husband and me like family from the start. Awesome and professional company with very informed and helpful people. I brought my 90 plus year old mom there to check out recliner lift chairs and Ashley, their representative, was very helpful and patient with us walking us through the many selections they have in their facility. We purchased a lift chair and two walkers over several months. Mark and Ashley provided very thorough sales information to help us choose appropriate models. The lift chair developed an unusual problem which they corrected promptly. We live on rural property with fields and woods. We purchased walkers Ashley recommended for outdoor use. I took my Rollator into Access One for a broken brake cable. Mark Gawel (owner/operator) not only replaced the cable but also checked over the Rollator. All features on the Rollator now work better than new. Every employee was extremely friendly and supportive.
