Dr. Sarah Baxley as always, every time, provides me with all the help I need in my mental health struggles
I have been in contact with access now from an appointment years ago regarding a bill. Over a year ago I spoke to someone regarding a large bill I should not owe because I had insurance for a simple telehealth visit and they assured me it would be taken care of and was an error. After not hearing back for a year I have been getting messages saying I still now owe this and cannot get anyone to return my calls.
I was going through a very difficult and depressed period last week, and Sarah was incredibly supportive. She is always knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to her clients’ needs. When additional support was needed, she made extra time to check on me, which meant a great deal. I had my appointment with her today, and as always, it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Sarah Baxley is the best Mental Health Provider I have had in my lifetime. She is always very caring and available when I need her. She is very educated, knowledgeable, and has been a great support system to me.
