I have tried multiple times to request statements for my mortgage with no luck. I have not received 1 piece of mail from Union since taking out this loan. I can't see anything other than a "quick peek" online which gives me the amount due...but that's it. I then have to take a check to the branch every month. I have also tried multiple times to contact customer service on the phone only to be frustrated with the verification process.
