I currently rent storage from this location. 2 months ago I needed an extra unit & was told I had to pay on Saturday as noone would be there on Sunday because the entire staff gets Sunday off. Never heard of this at any storage facility, ever. Therefore I had to rent a unit without seeing it. When I arrived I quickly learnt the actual reason the unit was slightly cheaper was that it had the smell of rotting flesh which was not disclosed to me. Excellent facilities, that are clean and well run. Rates are good, and I found them better than other places like U-Lock and Cache 21. U-lock had a bad mouse problem and Cache doesn’t have elevators. I’m happy here!
This is THE place to store things that are important to you. It is very clean and excellently maintained. The staff is competent and friendly. My expectations were greatly exceeded.
