Unit number 9 has water leak and is rat infested will not take ownership of their problem we end up losing a $1,200 mattress due to the water damage and all our stuff was covered in rap crap
I've been in there several times. Martha is always very pleasant & helpful, goes above & beyond! I highly recommend anyone needing a Uhaul or storage unit to go see Martha!!!
I've rented from these guys several times over the years. They have always worked with me and been helpful anytime I need it. They offer great services and Martha is very kind and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond her duties several times when I've dropped in, even helped out with my fussy baby once. Most units I've rented from in my past don't even have anyone there- just put the money in a box somewhere. It's nice to stop in and actually see and talk to someone.
