I just came here to see a doctor because I don’t have a PCP and I’m not feeling well, and also wanted to do some tests that I’ve done here before. The lady was very rude, aggressive, and rushing me when it came to the form. She said that the doctor couldn’t see me for what I needed although I came here for the same reasons before when I explained that to her she got very loud and even more aggressive and basically embarrassed me. Great service and quick results. I feel miserable but they took great care of me. In and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
This location was open on the 4th of July holiday so that was convenient. Do not take appointments as it’s walk-in only. We were to sign-in, fill-out necessary paperwork and get a strep test (a negative result) within 45 minutes. It helped that there was only 1 patient ahead of us. It is inside a Long Drug Store. Professional staff in the phone and in person.
Visiting from mainland and needed to see a doctor. From minute I walked in until I left this clinic was kind, helpful and very professional. The sweet lady at front desk and medical assistant were efficient and knowledgeable. Doc was a good listener and heard me when explaining condition. A pleasant experience under the circumstances. Great urgent care. While I had to wait over almost an hour and a half to be seen: the staff was very friendly and very caring. When it was my turn to see the doctor, I felt like I was seeing a real doctor that was extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been to urgent cares where they asked what I thought was wrong then they googled (or whatever it is doctors use) my symptoms. This was nothing like that.
