I was visiting Hawaii and found this location through google. Donna (Assistant) and Dr. Yamashiro were very professional and assisted me with my medical needs. I had a pleasant visit because customer service was top tier and I felt like a valued patient. Would highly recommend!

I just came here to see a doctor because I don’t have a PCP and I’m not feeling well, and also wanted to do some tests that I’ve done here before. The lady was very rude, aggressive, and rushing me when it came to the form. She said that the doctor couldn’t see me for what I needed although I came here for the same reasons before when I explained that to her she got very loud and even more aggressive and basically embarrassed me.
