This location was open on the 4th of July holiday so that was convenient. Do not take appointments as it’s walk-in only. We were to sign-in, fill-out necessary paperwork and get a strep test (a negative result) within 45 minutes. It helped that there was only 1 patient ahead of us. It is inside a Long Drug Store. Professional staff in the phone and in person.
Visiting from mainland and needed to see a doctor. From minute I walked in until I left this clinic was kind, helpful and very professional. The sweet lady at front desk and medical assistant were efficient and knowledgeable. Doc was a good listener and heard me when explaining condition. A pleasant experience under the circumstances. Thank you for your care.
Great urgent care. While I had to wait over almost an hour and a half to be seen: the staff was very friendly and very caring. When it was my turn to see the doctor, I felt like I was seeing a real doctor that was extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been to urgent cares where they asked what I thought was wrong then they googled (or whatever it is doctors use) my symptoms. This was nothing like that. It’s most convenient as well as a friendly Staff and Dr. Bryan Yamashiro (with the pony tail) knows me more than my own PCP. I feel at home when I need to get care faster than getting into see my own Dr. Plus the convenience to get medication at Longs. Dr. Yamashiro is my go to.
