Very efficient!
The wait was longer than I felt it should have been considering there was no one waiting before me, the nurse forgot my weight because she was more focused on the others workers at the front desk. The LPN was nice.
Dealt with the problem presented. They listened to the complaint and provided solutions. Did not push unwanted interventions.
