When I told the receptionist the purpose of my visit( an object or something in my eye and barely able to open it), the Dr was sitting beside the receptionist and was listening. She made a statement like “ oh it’s an eye issue?…”. It indicated to me that POTENTIALLY she might not be qualified to help me. But rather than telling me that and saving me the the time and money, they allowed me to go through the entire process of filling out the paperwork, waiting to be called back, weighing, BP checked etc by the nurse,. The staff there, TODAY, was amazing, which includes my nurse, Betty, and the APRN, Justina. Absolutely satisfied with my care!
Been fighting a losong battle with a cold, and did not want to drive to Fayetteville. Made an appt online, got in and out in less than an hour. The ladies were so kind, efficient and got my prescription in right away. Will definitely return for urgent care needs. Not the way I wanted to spend my birthday, but at least I know I'm going to feel better. Thank you ladies!!
