Recently, I left a review discussing a not-so-great visit I had. Just a few days later, I received a call from the regional manager, Alesha Jacobs. She was quick to address my concerns, discussed possible reasons why my visit may not have been up to par with previous ones, and assured me she would resolve the issue to make sure no one else had a similar experience. This was the best visit I’ve ever had there and the best visit to a Dr I’ve had in Arkansas, period. Thorough, thoughtful, compassionate, considerate and caring. I am more than satisfied. I felt like I actually got health care.
The staff were all very nice and helpful.
