This is a great place until the current APN decides to leave the facility without telling their patients. Sandy left and she knew she was leaving. I am assuming that Access Medical Company knew this too. No one had the courtesy to tell us, so we were left scrambling for a health care provider right after my husband had two minor strokes. His paperwork for his disability had been 1/2 completed, so we were left with a new APN that was unaware of our situation. This was a virtual nightmare during the middle of a tornado.
Recently, I left a review discussing a not-so-great visit I had. Just a few days later, I received a call from the regional manager, Alesha Jacobs. She was quick to address my concerns, discussed possible reasons why my visit may not have been up to par with previous ones, and assured me she would resolve the issue to make sure no one else had a similar experience. My nurse Tonya was amazing. The Aprn Heather was amazing. Tonya also did an amazing job at drawing my blood.
My visit to Access medical was very relaxing had to give blood to re-new my prescriptions. I was looked at without waiting more than ten minutes. They will have the results of my blood tests the next day and will call me to go over my results with me. Very satisfied with services. Leslie.
