I love Brandy Cooper APRN. She will sit and talk with you, find out what all is going on and doesn't make you feel rushed or "just another patient." Her nurse is pretty awesome too!

Horrible! This is a doctors office not Urgent Care. They go by appointment only to see you!!(few days later) OK made the appointment and the DOCTOR was amazing. Totally acted like a real doctor should, not like these Mercy" doctors basing their opinion upon what the last doctor said!!!! BS ...Dr. Really took a professional look at my situation NOT afraid to go off her OWN understanding of Medicine. Thank you Ozark Urgent care staff and doctor. Refreshing to feel cared for! Truly blessed
