I have been bringing my daughter to this pediatric office for the past three years, and they used to answer the phone promptly. Unfortunately, the service has gotten much worse. Now you can spend 20 minutes trying to get someone to answer, and when they finally do, they just say, “Hello? Hello?” and hang up on you. Horrible liar! This doctor has done the one thing any doctor should avoid, losing the trust of there patients. I was a new patient, the student doctor came in first and was rude, after my first appointment medication was prescribed and sent. On my admission paperwork and verbally my preferred pharmacy was declared. Even the address was provided. After Two days of waiting i call to find out it was sent somewhere else. Jennifer is absolutely unprofessional. She felt compelled to argue with me while my daughter lay passed out in the floor, instead of caring for her. My daughter was literally telling her to leave the room through tears and she still insisted on arguing. She does not need to be in any health care position. The experience was absolutely appalling. I advise anyone that has issues to contact North Carolina Medical Board at 1-800-253-9653 and file a complaint on their website. She needs to be removed before somebody gets se... read more
