Got in pretty quick and got what I needed to get better. PA was very understanding and I was a little surprised that he asked me for more detailed context. I thought that he showed his willingness to provide a better care. With every other urgent care facilities around the area turned into telemedicine-only and having found Access Medical Urgent Care still operating on-site, I’m thankful to them.
I had a TB test done for my new job I’m starting. The lady told me to come back on Sunday. I went this morning, they were closed and had a sign on their door said they were closed August 1st (yesterday) but open today August 2nd at 8am. It was 8:30am the doors were very much locked. I had to go to a different Access Medical, and thankfully they were open.
Very delightful staff. It was a pleasure to be there
Very prompt and really pay attention to the clients symptoms and concerns. Everyone was very nice and professional.
