I used to recommend this place. Now, sadly, I do not. The receptionists are always rude now. The staff are hardly available to care for patients when u need them to. For some reason they send our providers to Claremore and any of us in Pryor needing urgent care are screwed! I get it. Claremore is bigger…but we matter here too. We do not want to pay ER prices every time we are ill. Primary Care physicians are over booked in our area leaving us with only the option of urgent or emergency services. We had an appointment at 9:45 and we waited over an hour to be seen, the front desk people were very unfriendly.

Very friendly professional got in and out very quickly. I would recommend the urgent care to anyone
