They were better when they started out. They want you to refer people but they are not giving new loans. So instead of posting that on website they don't tell you until you apply. As far as refinancing, those terms change hourly. Then when you ask they basically say before they can. I personally think you should tell the truth to your customers. They do not at all. They NEVER email you back either. When they started they were friendly and honest it appeared. Something has changed and it is horrible service.
Fariz was my loan officer from start to finish he was great. He takes his time going over everything I will recommend him to everybody my friends and my family. Thanks again we got our dream home!!!
