If I could give Dawn Grant at Access Lifts & Ramps more than 5 stars, I would. The only time I have need to talk to her was when my elderly mothers chair lift was needing repair! Needless to say VERY stressful. Dawn has always treated me like we were top priority and her only concern. We have, a couple of times, needed to wait for parts to be manufactured and needed to wait for backups due to COVID. Just had a stair-lift installed. Sales rep. Did a fine job of explaining the ordering, billing, and installation process. The technicians were great, and carefully explained anddemonstrated it when they finished. everything when they were done. Highly satisfied!
