It took them 15 weeks to install the elevator, and a year later, we still can't use it without problems. They don't return calls or emails. Absolutely the worst vendor we've ever used. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst experience. Took a total of 40 visits to do a job that I was told would b 3-4 days. Twenty plus visits of troubleshooting and I still don't have a functioning elevator. They simply are incompetent and this is compounded by a lack of communication. It was literally a Saturday night live skit. Now I'll have to pay another company to remove their mess.
