This is the best Medicial team I have ever had. I love all the nurses there very helpful and kind. And I can't say enough about Dr Jeremy Pepper. Don't know how I would get along without him. Great bedside manner and always takes the time to listen to all my concerns.
I don’t have health insurance and I would say this practice is totally worth the concierge fee! You def get top level service Kristina goes above and beyond a regular medical practice! I am more into alternative med but also like some western practices and they are a mix of both! She thinks outside the box! They do labs and they ALL are wonderful as a team! They don’t rush you either! You get plenty of time during your appointments!!! Highly Recommend this practice.
The most amazing group of people that are so focused on individual care and specific diagnosis. I have been a member for many years and will be for many more. All aspects of the experience are professional as well as personal and individual. The Care in consultation that I received has been life-changing. The Most amazing staff. The best experience from making an appointment to labs to consultation to examination and everything in between.
I made the switch to Access almost a year ago from a primary care at Novant. The difference is night and day. Kris goes above and beyond, taking time with me at office visits, returning texts promptly and doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to the whole picture with my medical past and present. I finally feel well taken care of and safe with the decisions that I am being guided with from Kris for my future health. The staff is also amazing!! Access is the perfect name for this group.
