GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUISNESS WITH!! – I have had my renters and auto policy with Access Insuance for 3 years and they have always been courteous and profesional. Every time I call their office I am assisted in a timely manner and their agents are all highly experienced profesionals. I highly recommend this company.
Run From This Unethical Company! – One star is more than they deserve! This company is highly unethical. My company purchased a worker's comp policy from Texas Mutual through Ms. Lisa Zuniga of Access Insurances Services in November, 2008. In December, 2009, AFTER THE POLICY HAD ENDED and we chose not to renew, they decided to raise our premium by over $300. We have since written letters and spoken by phone to Texas Mutual and Ms. Zuniga, but no amount of reasoning seems to get through to them that we are NOT going to pay an... read more
