I’ve been with them for over 12 years and I feel like I’m stuck! Jimmy helped me a lot but the reviews are right about Kevin! They made a mistake and Kevin yelled at me when my grandmother passed away.. I recommended so many people and now I’m so embarrassed! My father in law changed his policy to a different broker and they charged him for a year before they fixed the mistake! I recommended my whole family! Do not trust this Access Insurance Agent, they will rip you off, Jimmy is liar.....
