I first went to Access in Motion 5 years ago. I am a high level paraplegic so my van is equipped with a kneeling feature which tilts the van on the ramp side. The actuator was broken and the brand new part was going to be around $1500, the guys had a used but good condition actuator and sold it for less than a quarter of the price, installed it and it’s been working perfect ever since. Marcus and his team have provided great efficient installation of equipment in my vehicule and great service with pick up of the car at my house as well as with pick up of the car at the garage. Their services made it worth the ride to Prescott to pick up the car once it was ready.
I had the team at Access in Motion install a BB8 steering device. They were the only shop in the Ottawa area that would do the work.
