This is a Missouri Medicaid service which empowers people with disabilities to have more control over their daily living. Absolutely the most ghetto buisness doing home health care. I had to contact the state and missouri labor department for lost wages. Run there is many other companies that not only treat there Patients better, but pay alot more. Freedom care, phoinex, the list goes on.
They kept my PCA money and refused to pay her for hours worked. Had to contact missouri Labor dept and file a complaint. Darrin got upset because we was changing companies and did all this. Go with another company like Phoinex or freedom care. Just view there website's and it says it all. They pay alot more as well.
