I had to put one star but they don't deserve that. My daughter was working there and Darrin and the staff are horrible. Darrin was cursing with us in the office. Very unprofessional. Edna, Emma, Edma...can't think of her name but his mother is awesome. That is all the awesome they posses. They are not consistent, not careful in dealing with others, air-headed and rude. 10 years of good service is not what that was. Absolutely the most ghetto buisness doing home health care. I had to contact the state and missouri labor department for lost wages. Run there is many other companies that not only treat there Patients better, but pay alot more. Freedom care, phoinex, the list goes on.

They kept my PCA money and refused to pay her for hours worked. Had to contact missouri Labor dept and file a complaint. Darrin got upset because we was changing companies and did all this. Go with another company like Phoinex or freedom care. Just view there website's and it says it all. They pay alot more as well.
