One of many abusive homecare companies, trapped in between an incompetent government with a money printer, and vulnerable clients that cannot fend for themselves.
Overall, our experience has been very positive. The PSWs and nurses are compassionate, professional, and genuinely attentive Having this service has been a huge support. If there are ever any issues these are generally quickly addressed.
This company is part of what is wrong with the health care industry. This is a business focused on management advancement rather than client patient needs. There is little regard for front line workers and even less for clients, unless you know the CEO personally. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Great company to work for, with room to grow and opportunities. Management cares for all their staff, ensuring they have learning opportunities and a safe place to work. Management also cares for their clients and ensure they get the best level of care and welcome feedback.
I have been working with Access Health Care for about 5 months now as Client Service Coordinator, I can tell it's a great company in the Health Sector. The pay is fair in comparison to the market. You have enough support from Management in your day-to-day tasks. The staffs are wonderful to work with, internally and the Field Staffs are making your work even easier. The Company is growing, and I wish the best for my Team and Success for Everyone.
