Absolutely pathetic company, terrible scheduling, terrible office staff that are incompetent, have been dealing with this for years. would not recommend to anyone. Not the Nurses or PSW’s fault, purely the company.
I/we would love to thank Celina for all the wonderful help either through appointments or just dropping in without one for David's recent loosing fight with the table saw and his long use of a catheter. You made both these problems almost tolerable. She deserves a raise, as do the other nurses who have treated David these last two months. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough.
Access Health is an amazing service that Pembroke has for Health Care and we are so lucky to have them. I know I have use this in the past and currently. You are greeted with a nurse with a big smile before they put their mask on. I have the luxury to have Valerie as my nurse to moisturize, pick my dead skin and bandage my legs. She has a positive attitude, make me feel comfortable and gives me hope. I personally if I was her boss would give her a raise for performance.
