This doctor is a great option, especially if you have high deductible insurance. The fee for 2013 is $449 which includes a physical with bloodwork, EKG, urine, etc. After that each visit is $20. With my $5000 deductible, it only will take a few visits to make this a good deal and my insurance company is never involved. The staff is friendly and my blood draw was handled with some skill. Very Satisfied – I started going to Dr. Forrest a little over a year ago. I had multiple health issues. Dr. Forrest was able to quickly get me under control and I've been doing much better since. He has always been easy to talk to. He has spent time explaining my health issues and has done a wonderful job getting me back on track with my health. I like the fact that the fees are reasonable and posted when you walk in.

Not so great – if you really have no insurance, you basically have no choice, but if you do have a choice go some where else, it is a drive through of fast health care. Never once have I seen Dr. Forrest in the office and when you call for him he is magically with a patient, the office is disorganized. I never felt like the FNP's were really listening to you.
