Dr. Spencer and his staff are all wonderful people. Very knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. The program is very simple. The instructions are all clearly spelled out. All you have to do is follow them, and you will lose weight. When I started Dr. Spencer’s weight loss program, I lost 31 lbs. in 2 months. Weight for YEARS I had been wanting to drop, and the program helped me do it in 2 months. It does require discipline, but it works.
