I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. The woman who called from the WIC office to set up an appt had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. She was incredibly rude to the point that I ended up hanging up on her. I will be finding a different office. This place is as unprofessional as it gets.

They will charge you for things they did not even do and send you the bill so you have to sit on the phone for hours getting them to remove it, then they will schedule you for follow up visits you EXPLICITLY denied after saying you would go elsewhere. Classic federally qualified health center behavior and apparently access health is particularly notorious for it.

Never have I ever wanted to go so fast to Google to write a public review. The bedside manner of the nurse practitioner here is atrocious. I can not see why anyone working in healthcare would get into the field if they don’t actually like people and that’s what this visit felt like. My mother in law left feeling like the people who are supposed to care for her health did not care at all. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I showed up at 9:45 for my appointment at 10 and there were no other patients waiting. I saw two receptionists and checked in. Soon, a few more people came in. They were calling in people that showed up after me. I waited until 10:30 and went to ask the front if they can tell me how much longer I had to wait.
