Unfortunately, I am unable to give zero stars, but I do want to call out Dr. Morris. I had a visit today. I showed up on time. He actually didn’t come into the room until 250-ish and my appointment was for 215. However I go to the clinic in Bellchase, which is affiliated with this clinic but because I have urgent medical things I needed done sooner I couldn’t wait for my appt in belle chasse. This pharmacy is horrific and the customer service is even worse. Good luck even getting Kenner on the phone and if you do you’ll be met with the most caustic attitude by whomever it is that handles the phone lines. No accountability. No professionalism. No customer service. The staff is handling specialized patients and treating them like trash. I moved my meds here because I am newly disabled and no longer able to drive. Waiting weekend at a time to get my prescriptions mailed to me. Being told it’s one thing after another... read more
They rush you through with condescending diagnosis. Any decent NP of MD has left. I was rushed through by Ms. Pham just a few minutes ago with zero insight to where my health stands. The only reason for this place is to get your labs. Study up on how to read your results because they will not explain. You are treated as a number so they can add you to their system for government funding. Avoid like the plague.
They refused to refill my medication of 2 years and caused me to be sick!
