The service was overall wonderful. The reception all the way down to the dental assistant to the doctor very quick and fast thanks for a wonderful experience
Very rarely do I leave bad reviews, but this absolutely needs to be addressed. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here was terrible. Whoever answered the phone hung up on me, which was completely unprofessional. When I expressed my frustration and told them they needed to get their act together, it was because they did not even have a hygienist available and could not properly assist me. This was a very disappointing experience. Now I have to wait another month to be seen somewhere else because they ... read more
