My wife was referred from her primary care doctor late on a Monday ,the referral was sent over. On Tuesday morning I called to follow up. I left a voice message. But there was a message on there recorder a number to call to leave a text. Actually the first Time I ever done that ,to leave a text. The Dr and Staff are wonderful. They need to improve the way take calls at the office. One of the girls told me that all calls go directly to voice mail. How do you run a Doctor's office that way? Supposedly because they're busy, I've been in there and they're playing on their phones. ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN IT RINGS.
My appointment was 2 1/2 weeks ago and the office manager was supposed call me back on Monday or Wednesday still not heard from her. Shared this with this with the Dr.that such would happen and nothing would be done. He told me to stop by his office,like I have nothing else to do???
