They say they are taking new patients. They cannot even take care of the ones they have now. I have been waiting 4 days for a call back for some test results. Every day I am told that Dr. Diaz will call me back. Still waiting. I am changing doctors come January 1st. Apparently her patients are not that important.

I was sick and went to the emergency room three times because I couldn't get in to see a physician. I have been a patient for a year and I only got to see Dr Diaz one time. Jeannie was the nurse practitioner I saw for everything. She was kind and caring, would call me with test results. I recently had an appointment for a 3-month checkup review.
