The worst healthcare provider I have ever encountered in 65yrs. Dr ? Sastri is the most demeaning and pompous man I have ever met. The appointment was like a meeting with the enemy.
So they have a wound specialist at this location. I'm a diabetic I had a sore on my foot. I was trying to pull the callus away and they told me not to do it. They told me a callus was nature's bandage. However not on the diabetic foot The callus will actually keep it from healing. They sent me to a podiatrist The first thing he did was take off the callus. Do better! I'm not an expert and I knew that
Have been going there since it opened...Dr. Vinji and his staff have been great. All very helpful and efficient.
When I first started going to this office. It was exceptional... Never had any problems. Now there has been a big turnover in staff and Doctors. I can never get the office staff to answer the phone, constantly changing my appointments, and have had to switch Dr. Everytime I go in. Some of the Dr have been good and others incompetent. I would love to continue to be a patient, but things need to change!
