Without a doubt the most incompetent staff that I have dealt with. Dropped off papers on Nov 10 explained that they needed to faxed to Evernorth by Nov 29 stopped in week later, was told it had not been done yet but stated they will get it taken care of that day, lost track of time called on Dec 1. on hold for over 9 minutes gave up, returned to the office today for proof of the fax never was sent, if this is the response you get for just sending off a simple fax how else do you think your personal papers are treated. thanks... read more
My mother had an emergency issue with an ear infection and had seen the doctor for it the week before. Two of my family members called numerous times left messages voicemails someone finally answered the phone and said the nurse would call back and we never heard back from anyone. Had to take my mother to urgent care clinic to be treated for a severe ear infection. I just tried calling again was transferred to a voicemail that said it was full and then the line was disconnected. This happens on a regular basis. We requested ... read more
