Dr Rodriguez is good but the office manager and the front desk ppl are horrible. Ashley (front desk) and Garland (office manager) do nothing to help. My husband has possible lung cancer and to get them to do their jobs for the testing to be done is horrible. Other Dr offices are calling them because they are holding up the testing. This could possibly spread to other organs before they get this right. I would never recommend anyone to have to endure what we are going through. Dr Rodriguez needs a new staff.
Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are gems. A rareity in today's medical field. I thoroughly have Doctor fatigue,went to so many ,ran in the circles, took their pills and did their tests for their profits to the point I couldn't take it anymore. These souls I believe and felt like they truly listened and cared. I admit I can be a shit in a fun way. He and his staff accommodated me and my hesitations with genuine care.
They really do care about thier patients
The best Dr. I've had in many years.
