Should be 0 stars!! All Dr. Kumar cares about is doing the Zephyr Valve surgery. He set up tests for me at the hospital and never told my pcp so no referral was sent. On the day of tests I was informed they never received the referral. I had an appointment with Kumar after the test that was canceled because there was nothing to discuss. Told his staff referral was needed. No referral was ever sent. Then I missed an appointment because my husband was in a hospital very ill the next town over. This doctor and office should receive 0 stars. My grandmother had a massive stroke and prior to that was trying to get her sleep apena under control including getting a 5+ year old CPAP machine replaced. When we called the office we received an uncompassionate and annoyed office member who was unwilling to provide support in getting records or assisting. This review is from Dennis Russ. I hadn't been to Dr. Kumar for about a year. When I went in for my appointment, the receptionist required cash or check, I had neither. I had to make a new appointment so I could come back with either cash or check. When they called to remind me about the appointment, why didn't they remind.me about paying with cash or check. Plus there is a sign on the door, stating to wait until 5 minutes before appointment, to come in waiting room. When I walked in, there was no one waiting
Talked to them 3 times on the phone, all are extremely rude with 0 compassion for sick patients. Well, you don’t even have to be compassionate, just simple basic respect and polite towards other human being! Can’t even do that? 3 times, there’s no excuse for that. I forgave you first couple times thinking you might be too busy or tired, I work in a doctor office too so I know it could be stressful.
