I was hesitant to write this review because, frankly, it deserves zero stars. In the summer of 2025, my father was referred to this doctor for shortness of breath/sleep apnea. In August 2025, we were seen for a STAT appointment due to his prior history of lung disease. On the day of the appointment, the doctor recommended a biopsy, and we clearly and repeatedly stated that my father does not tolerate general anesthesia. Should be 0 stars!! All Dr. Kumar cares about is doing the Zephyr Valve surgery. He set up tests for me at the hospital and never told my pcp so no referral was sent. On the day of tests I was informed they never received the referral. I had an appointment with Kumar after the test that was canceled because there was nothing to discuss. Told his staff referral was needed. No referral was ever sent. Then I missed an appointment because my husband was in a hospital very ill the next town over. This doctor and office should receive 0 stars. My grandmother had a massive stroke and prior to that was trying to get her sleep apena under control including getting a 5+ year old CPAP machine replaced. When we called the office we received an uncompassionate and annoyed office member who was unwilling to provide support in getting records or assisting.
