Dr Torres and his staff are the best! They listen and try to accommodate whenever possible
Dissatisfied with the office from the front desk to the PA or NP that we saw. The lack of communication from this office is atrocious! If the doctor is unable to meet with existing patients maybe the office needs to cap the # of patients they see. For people who have an insurance plan that requires referrals - DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE Oh did I mention that we got two calls ro confirm appts for other patients as well!
I am so disappointed in this office staff and Dr Torres. My father and mother are (soon to be werel both patients of Access Health Care Physicians. My father was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and the office staff has been extremely rude and even worse incompetent. The oncologists office has been trying for over a week to get the referral necessary and Torres's office has dropped the ball and lied about it multiple times. Love dr. Torres. Much better than old doc. He pays attention to detail. His staff is very excellent.
