Today we found out that Dr. Mutfah incorrectly diagnosed my mom with cancer. They sat us down and told us she had three months to live. Today we took a second PET scan, and there was no cancer. The doctor had no answer for us and said it was read incorrectly no apology nothing. My family has struggles for the past four months thinking my mom was going to die. If we had given her the chemotherapy that they wanted to give her she would’ve been dead. I don’t know how these doctors are still in business.
Doctor Muftah and his staff are amazing! Especially the pre op nurse. I felt so bad for the nurse when an irate lady flipped and threw a desk at her just because she was asking her pre op questions pertaining to her procedure. I was in post op and witnessed the whole thing. The lady was screaming at the top of her lungs, flipped a desk, threw it across the room at the nurse and then ripped all the nurses linens off the cart and threw them on the floor. Pre-op nurse is rude
I have been a patient of Access Health Care for some time now. Dr Muftah and Dr Abboud wonderful professionals to have serve you. The PA'S are great to work with and the staff is kind and caring. Appointments are on time and waiting is very minimal. I highly recommend this practice for your needs. 5 Stars
