I was able to get an appt with this office quickly with a worrisome concern. Everyone was so nice and the doctor was very nice and caring and didn’t just dismiss me because of my age. I’m very appreciative of him and this office.
At check in , through the whole process , I had 6 staff take me through and I can honestly say every single one gave exemplary care during my time there. That is the reason I have been going to Dr. Muftah's office for 23 years.
Today we found out that Dr. Mutfah incorrectly diagnosed my mom with cancer. They sat us down and told us she had three months to live. Today we took a second PET scan, and there was no cancer. The doctor had no answer for us and said it was read incorrectly no apology nothing. My family has struggles for the past four months thinking my mom was going to die. If we had given her the chemotherapy that they wanted to give her she would’ve been dead. I don’t know how these doctors are still in business.
