Dr. Alshaar (5 Stars) was excellent. As a new patient, he took the time to listen, thoroughly assess my concerns, and clearly explain the situation. I felt heard and well cared for during my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the Office Manager (1 Star) was the complete opposite. When I was advised that payment was due at the time of service, I explained that I fully intended to pay using my Health Savings Account but had accidentally left my card at home. The office staff were very courteous and professional. Dr. Ayham is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and provided a clear and detailed explanation to my wife. I strongly recommend him.
I’ve been bringing my 2-year-old son to Dr. Alshaar, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly kind, patient, and truly takes his time with us at every visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about my child’s well-being and never rushes through the appointment. It’s such a comfort as a parent to have a doctor who listens and shows compassion. I brought my son to this clinic in August 2024 to begin allergy shot treatment, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While the doctor himself was professional and knowledgeable, the quality of care was significantly impacted by the behavior and attitude of the office manager/MA and their third-party biller, Cheryl. I was informed there was an issue with the coordination of benefits and a balance of $70 for one month of allergy shot copays. I’m not sure what to do. I will say I adore Dr. Alshaars patient care, he is an amazing allergist and the medical assistants have been wonderful with my young daughter but I’m beyond furious at this point with billing that is downright FRAUD! My husband lost his job in June but was set to start a new job August 1st. I called their office 7/11/24 to cancel my daughter’s upcoming July appointment letting them know the cancellation was due to our family being UNINSURED until 8/1/24.
